Project 1: Energy recovery

Context
Modernising infrastructure to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.

Achievements
- Coordinating teams of electricians and subcontractors to ensure deadlines and safety standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations (NF C 15-100, fire safety, ATEX where applicable).
- Optimising electrical performance in relation to energy production and local network supply.
- Follow-up of tests and commissioning, with drafting of technical reports and removal of reservations.

 



Project 2: Nuclear engineering design office

Context
- Safety improvement modifications following the Fukushima nuclear accident, reassessment of piping and mechanical installation in the nuclear sector.
- Calculation of mechanical equipment, general installation and site inspection.

Achievements
- Structural modelling,
- Calculating pipe flexibility,
- Calculation and sizing of supports,
- Carrying out our calculations in compliance with the customer's reference framework and the RCCM or Eurocodes (depending on the case),
- Checking calculations and associated notes,
- Development of the framework for the calculation note, specific tools (macro, calculation sheets),
- Follow-up on the case,
- Coordinating the teams to meet the study schedule.

 



Project 3: PMO - Purchasing Coordinator

Achievements
- Creation of schedules for the various purchasing procedures,
- Implementation of a planning tool,
- Definition, presentation and implementation of a process between buyers and specifiers,
- Defining and developing the tools needed to implement the defined processes,
- Progress meeting with departments (purchasing and specifiers),
- Participation in working groups to improve internal processes.
