Project 1: Grand Paris Express Summary Manager

Context
The Grand Paris Express is the new metro that will link the main places of life and activity in the suburbs without passing through Paris.

Achievements
- Project coordination,
- Follow-up of the summary in stations and ancillary structures on lines 16 and 17 :
- Participation in specific summary meetings and workshops,
- Follow-up of the summary schedule,
- Monitoring the participation of system contract holders in the synthesis,

Project 2: Supply chain project manager

Context
Within the department in charge of all new industrialisation of elementary metal parts. These new references are deliverables for series modifications or R&D projects for helicopters or commercial aircraft.

Project 3: Rail - Systems engineering

Context
Revamping project for line 1 of the Turin metro with a CBTC-type signalling system (URBALIS Fluence).

Achievements
- Specification and design of a rail transport system (CBTC technology) deployed on line 1 of the Turin metro:
- Analysis of contractual requirements,
- Writing the system specification (CBTC Fluence, ATS, SCADA, MAV, etc.) in DOORS,
- Development of traceability from system requirements to customer requirements to ensure needs are covered,
- Conducting design studies for system deployment (interface studies, etc.),
- Drafting operational scenarios...

- Implementation of the «Work Method Statement» for drafting system functional specifications:
- Conducting workshops on systems specification methodology with the various business units in the Signaling department,

Project 4: NICE AIRPORT MEP

Context
Creation of a multimodal interchange in the Grand Arénas district: Nice Aéroport. The phases 1 & 2 project of the New Provence Côte d'Azur Line (LNPCA) is made up of multiple operations spread along the Marseille-Vintimille axis.

- Design and development of the project: Nice Airport multimodal interchange (TGV station, bus station, car park, service and office buildings) in the APS and APD, PC and PRO phases,),

- Implementation of the BIM-Revit model with periodic rendering,

Project 1: FIREFLY LAKE PROMENADE

Context
The Lake Promenade project is an extension to a tourist and urban complex, consisting of the creation of an artificial lake and a perimeter landscaped walkway dotted with pavilions and kiosks, including restaurants, gazebos, service buildings, and so on.

Project 1: OPCG Créteil l'Echat station works
- Consolidating the schedule for all the development work and rail systems at CLE station on the Primavera P6 software,
- Validate the P6 schedule on a monthly basis and analyse the results,
- Preparing monthly reports, analysing P6 results and proposing solutions to make up for delays.

Project 2: Managing coactivity at the CLE station
- Coordinate work between all the incumbents working on the CLE station,
- Managing coactivity on site,
- Leading weekly work coordination meetings,
- Arbitrate in the event of a dispute over the priority of the incumbents.

Production 3: OPCG Traction theme
- The official contact for all OPCGs with the Traction owner and its MOA/MOE,
- Inform the Traction team of the dates on which the premises are available, to be taken into account when drawing up its execution schedule,
- Leading monthly work coordination meetings with the Traction team.

Project 3: Construction of a Data Centre

Context
Monitoring the worksite and preparing for pre-acceptance operations to ensure quality and compliance with deadlines.
Contributing to the management and removal of a large number of reservations, while facilitating coordination between the various players involved in the project.

Context

The aim of this project is to present the problems linked to contamination control and the constraints linked to radioactivity in production areas, in order to visualise how our practices and behaviour can impact on the microbiological environment in ZACs (Controlled Atmosphere Zones) and therefore enable us to evaluate working conditions and access to production areas.

- Complete management of environmental deviations and non-conformities from identification to resolution in collaboration with the various departments (quality control / production, etc.),
- Management of deviations on TrackWise software, including customisation and configuration of the solution to meet customer needs,
- Drafting trend reports on the environment in the ZACs (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports), taking part in the company's internal audits and the FDA,
