Project 1: Grand Paris Express Summary Manager
Context
The Grand Paris Express is the new metro that will link the main places of life and activity in the suburbs without passing through Paris.

Context

Revamping project for line 1 of the Turin metro with a CBTC-type signalling system (URBALIS Fluence).

- Specification and design of a rail transport system (CBTC technology) deployed on line 1 of the Turin metro:
- Analysis of contractual requirements,
- Writing the system specification (CBTC Fluence, ATS, SCADA, MAV, etc.) in DOORS,
- Development of traceability from system requirements to customer requirements to ensure needs are covered,

Context
Creation of a multimodal interchange in the Grand Arénas district: Nice Aéroport. The phases 1 & 2 project of the New Provence Côte d'Azur Line (LNPCA) is made up of multiple operations spread along the Marseille-Vintimille axis.

The Lake Promenade project is an extension to a tourist and urban complex, consisting of the creation of an artificial lake and a perimeter landscaped walkway dotted with pavilions and kiosks, including restaurants, gazebos, service buildings, and so on.

- Validate the P6 schedule on a monthly basis and analyse the results,
- Preparing monthly reports, analysing P6 results and proposing solutions to make up for delays.
Project 2: Managing coactivity at the CLE station
- Coordinate work between all the incumbents working on the CLE station,
- Managing coactivity on site,
- Leading weekly work coordination meetings,
- Arbitrate in the event of a dispute over the priority of the incumbents.
Production 3: OPCG Traction theme
- The official contact for all OPCGs with the Traction owner and its MOA/MOE,
